Hard to think of anything negative.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with a shopping centre, restaurants, and bars just a short walk away. We were able to find everything we needed for our onward travel the next day at the nearby supermarket. the room was comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. the service provided by Kylie and Gillian at breakfast was exceptional, and we appreciated the little extras like the supplied port and fudge in the evenings.
The extra fee charged for paying by card was unexpected and not experienced at other accommodations in the area.

The location of the hotel was ideal, close to shops and restaurants. The breakfast supplies were plentiful, and the staff was very helpful and friendly during our stay.
The bathroom being across the hallway was a bit inconvenient, and the room was a bit small. there was limited parking available, and the decor could use some updating.
